 Currently the `svn:ignore` property on `src/wp-content` has the following
 directories in it:
 {{{
 uploads
 upgrade
 mu-plugins
 blogs.dir
 languages
 }}}

 we should add extra user "dropins" such as `db.php` and `object-
 cache.php`.
