 I just installed nightly WP3.6-beta3 and I activated Twenty Thirteen theme
 because I wanted to test chat post format.

 I pasted the following demo content and all <dd> tags are stripped no
 matter what I do:

         <dt><cite class="fn">M</cite>: </dt>
         <dd>Too many free radicals. That’s your problem.</dd>
         <dt><cite class="fn">M</cite>: </dt>
         <dd>Yes. They’re toxins that destroy the body and the brain,
 caused by eating too much red meat and white bread and too many dry
 martinis!</dd>
