 When adding a section to the Customizer, it offers the possibility to add
 a description of this section. Currently this description gets output as
 in a title attribute to the h3 headline of this section - and is
 completely hidden and gone. :( Or did you know we have a four line
 description of the navigation section?

 It would be awesome if we could move that more in the user's view, maybe
 like how we currently do it for widget sidebars?
