 > - Pagination for single mode (compare two mode only shows page 1, should
 be fine with 100 revisions per page)
 > - Prioritization for diff loading
 > - Refresh slider width on window resize
 Also worth noticing: The most left revision on all but the last page is
 compared with the newest revision on the next page.
