 [attachment:24290.4.diff] fixes an issue with the background-position
 being overridden by the background: directive.  I changed it to use
 background-image to keep that from happening.

 Uses [attachment:post-formats64-vs.2.png] and [attachment:post-
 formats64.2.png]
