 According to `@uses` comment in `wp_delete_term()`, `delete_term` and
 `delete_$taxonomy` actions receive term object and term ID as the first
 two parameters: [[BR]]

 This isn't the case. `$term` is an ID, so the first two parameters are
 term ID and term taxonomy ID: [[BR]]

 The comment also doesn't reflect the change in [21939].
