 Hi celloexpressions.

 Your fix is exactly what I did. However with the resultant mix of content
 and border-box in themes (which would happen as you predict with twenty
 thirteen being left as it) you pretty much have to define each plugin's
 elements which means theming goes out the door or you have to define
 elements for both possibilities and use javascript (or maybe some weirdo
 css???) to switch. It will result in a mess.
