 In 24291.27.diff:

 - Limit the uploader to html5 runtime as w use it for drag/drop only. That
 means no instance in IE < 10. Fixes problems with the position of the
 flash runtime "Select Files" button covering the whole screen.
 - Keep only the first file if more are dropped.
