 pankajxdx: Unfortunately, that patch will only work in very specific
 conditions, the first of which is you have to have WordPress installed in
 the /wp/trunk directory of your site.  The patch should really look at the
 root cause of this by seeing if the important parts of the URL can be
 passed with the form in some way so the URL can be rebuilt properly.
