 Thanks for the notes. Should we name "twentythirteen-featured-image"
 something more like "twentythirteen-image-post-format" or something more
 related to what it's used for?

 Should we constrain the height by something more reasonable like 965
 pixels (gives a 724 wide image in that case)?
