 In Twenty Thirteen, if you enable the "Users must be registered and logged
 in to comment" option under Settings > Discussion, the message telling you
 to log in before commenting is aligned to the left, when it should
 probably be centered under the post content.

 1. Install WP trunk (tested on r23822)
 2. Activate Twenty Thirteen
 3. Go to Settings > Discussion and enable the "Users must be registered
 and logged in to comment" option
 5. Log out
 4. Visit your Hello World post
 5. Witness the ugly
