 19570.16.diff​ is an attempt to get this committable today:

 - Yanked gallery format UI, can use "Add Media" flow until it is commit
 worthy.
 - Modified image, video and audio post format descriptions
 - Removed link to show embed text box.  Made it into a text area, and
 displayed it beside the media library selector:
