 In 23295-5.patch:

 - Properly load on the front-end when the user is logged in. This also
 loads heartbeat and jQuery. Will need a review if we drop front-end jQuery
 loading for audio/video.
 - Focus the iframe or the first line of the text on load. The iframe has a
 `title` which would be announced by screen readers.
