 If that pin is to become the button for the post format selector I believe
 it should be more emphasized that it is a button: slightly embossed, thin
 border, rounded corners, maybe a drop shadow. Also that arrow should
 communicate more obviously that clicking the button will bring up a drop-
 down. I don't like that there isn't a "Selct Post Format" in clear text, I
 think that the button's functionality should at least be emphasized as
 much as possible.
