 The text for inactive plugins on the Plugins page is too light. Currently,
 it only has a contrast ratio of 2.8:1 - which is way too low. The required
 minimum is 4.5:1.

 Additionally, there is no way to “highlight” (increase the contrast) on
 the relevant text without a mouse - an issue that will affect all sighted
 keyboard navigators.
