Comment (by lessbloat):

 Had to tweak the voice over text to accommodate for localization in
 14045.2.diff​.

 It now reads:

 - "Home. Menu item 1 of 5" when you focus on a primary menu item, and
 - "Contact us.  Sub item number 2 under About" when you focus on a sub
 menu item

 Let me know if you see any issues with this.
