 This continues to be a problem in 3.6 alpha. Secondary flyout menus are
 not only prevalent on Multisite, but also in the right side of the admin
 menu of Buddypress installs. The workaround on an iOS device from a user
 standpoint is the touch and hold, but this is clunky.
