 Just wanted to clarify that each menu can be multiple levels deep (I think
 the max you can have is like 12 levels deep - imagine navigating that
 menu! ;-)).  Quanin, your example of having "Jason" be a sub menu item of
 "Team Members" is perfectly legitimate, and possible (in the current
 version of WordPress, but only through drag and drop).
