Comment:

 I'm not sure how much this will actually help users - it's not really the
 text that makes users blind to the Help Tab. Also, I can imagine
 situations in which developers would use this really poorly and having
 extremely long help labels, or change the text to something completely
 different that has nothing to do with Help. The Help tab is not perfect at
 the minute, but I think consistency is preferable to a free-for-all.
