Comment:

 I don't find this to be necessary for core. A theme is a theme. Sure, the
 user might want to know if a particular theme depends on another theme,
 but I don't think they need to be actually filtering by all/parent/child.
 That's not helpful for discovery at all, nor should it affect their
 decision. It's superflous UI.
