 Seems like [attachment:22975.taxonomy-checklist.3.patch] would be the
 correct optimization here. We only want the checkbox synchronization
 between "All Categories" and "Most Used" tabs to fire when clicking on a
 popular category itself, not on its child categories (like before [23444])
 or any category (like now).
