 Patch addresses:

 * Adds missing period in sidebar description.
 * Removes redundant conditional tags in `twentythirteen_paging_nav()`.
 * Further simplifies `twentythirteen_the_attached_image()`.
 * Removes braces from `require` statements (not a function).
