 Under appearance -> menus, I'm accustomed to having the "custom links" UI
 to add external links, etc. to the navigation.

 As a workaround, I've been adding the "home" link to the navigation and
 modifying it instead.

 Would rather have the "custom links" UI or a way to enable it.
