 http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ is the intro to trac but it's pretty
 confusing with regards to the UI and the text.

 Some small improvements to make it more clear and in line with
 wordpress.org's UI. Maybe make the text little more clear as well, the
 sentences are disjointed.
