 That caused a fair amount of grief on wordpress.com resulting in a revert
 to 1.10.0. Reopening this ticket so we can consider 1.10.2 for 3.6. If the
 1.10.2 timing doesn't work out, we might need to release with a patch or
 prerelease version of 1.10.2.
