 get_attached_file claims:

 {{{
 * You can optionally send it through the 'get_attached_file' filter, but
 by
 * default it will just return the file path unfiltered.
 }}}

 but the default parameter is `$unfiltered = false`.  Attached patch
 restores doc to honesty.
