 Hi Andrew, thanks for letting me know. Bookmarked. There are indeed many
 things I'd like to contribute for the WordPress.org part of the user
 experience. Hopefully this streamlines the process from idea to
 implementation. Two questions:

 1. Does this affect the handling of the tickets that are already reported
 here in the core?

 2. Could http://core.trac.wordpress.org/newticket be updated to inform of
 this?
