 That would be a good start for anybody experiencing problems. I've already
 done this for my modified version here http://test4.2rrr.org.au/wp-
 content/themes/twentythirteen/style.css.

 However plugin developers need to know of this now to avoid problems
 caused by this change before WordPress 3.6 is released. Without this
 knowledge it took me a day to figure out and I am super experienced.

 I suggest adding this to the codex NOW under the Migrating Plugins and
 Themes section https://codex.wordpress.org/Migrating_Plugins_and_Themes is
 the appropriate thing to do. Waiting to release time is too late. It's
 also should be mentioned in the Beta forum
 http://wordpress.org/support/forum/alphabeta and in the next Beta post
 http://wordpress.org/news/2013/05/wordpress-3-6-beta-3/ on WordPress news.
