 The title attribute isn't just for "additional" information about the link
 destination, it is also for "advisory" information about the link
 destination. Although the link text does the same thing, it doesn't hurt
 to double up for consistency across all site hyperlinks.

 I'd argue in favour of repeating the link text as the title attribute but
 i'm sure it isn't the biggest issue you have open right now :}
