 Pity, my fixes was quite easy to implement and well and truly satisfied
 the original aim of cleaning up the CSS whilst keeping plugin developers
 happy. Also quite noticeable is that nobody mentioned these fixes in the
 discussion.

 So the real outcome of this discussion is that you have decided to make it
 mandatory for plugins to detect both box-sizing and padding of widgets and
 act accordingly. This should be mentioned in the codex.
