 With WP placed in a subfolder, i.e.:


 {{{
 /index.php
 /wp-config.php
 /wp <-- WP in here
 }}}

 You get a 404 error when creating a site. It redirects you to /wp-
 admin/install.php instead of /wp/wp-admin/install.php
