 I vote for letting translators decide if "WordPress" should be
 transliterated or not in bundled themes. The fact that someone doesn't
 like it when it's done, doesn't matter. Say that to translators of
 languages you know. And WordPress is open source, so comparison with other
 international trademarks should not be very relevant.

 Anyone may completely change the appearance through (child) themes so why
 make it more difficult than necessary?

 But this should be done consistently for all bundled themes in 3.7 or
 later.
