 7392-6.patch adds a custom jQuery event when the TinyMCE iframe body is
 loaded, then saves the content to the textarea and sets autosaveLast after
 1 sec. delay.

 7392-7.patch removes the TinyMCE parts from [24787] as they don't work
 consistently.

 Both patches have temporary debug code still in for easier testing.
