Comment:

 [attachment:7392.5.diff] regresses [24787]. Also confirmed by
 aaroncampbell.

 For whatever reason, on initialization, autosaveLast is getting assigned
 paragraph tags. I don't know why, but it does. And [24787] fixes it. I
 don't know why, but it does. Once autosave fires, autosaveLast is re-
 populated and it is no longer assigned paragraph tags, so subsequent
 autosave checks bail for lack of content changes.
