Comment:

 I really like moving revisions to the Publish box in this way, it's a nice
 consolidation.

 Unfortunately, it means I have to be that guy who says we'll need a (new)
 shorter no-js string, and a mention in the 'Publish Settings' help tab.

 For the no-js, maybe '(Requires JavaScript)', or 'Enable JavaScript to
 browse'.

 Yes, I'm asking for new/amended strings in RC2. And yes, it's because we
 just changed the UI.
