 Searching http://wordpress.org/plugins/ retrieves only the plugins having
 the keyword(s) in their title. The plugins having specified keyword in
 their headline, description or tags are ignored.

 For example, our plugin (Feedweb) has tags "rating", "widget", and "rating
 widget", but it is not included in the search results of "rating widget".

 Please fix.
