 [attachment: 24832.diff] Tooltip for revisions, and tooltip for post lock
 icon. Also, new feature, if `defer_loading` is set for a pointer, it will
 actually keep looking for the selector once every 3 seconds until it
 appears. That way pointers can respond to things that aren't there on
 initial load.
