 +1 to getting rid of as many title attributes as possible. Apart from
 creating unwanted noise for screen reader users, they are completely
 inaccessible to sighted keyboard navigators. If some scrap of data is so
 important that it MUST be added via the title attribute, then you have to
 wonder why it's not in clear text on the page where everyone has access to
 it.
