 same error. to get this i'm in firefox, i load edit post page, go to
 another program then switch back to the open window.

 have to agree with wonderboymusic, seems to late to make any dramatic
 changes to the heartbeat code at this late stage (say nothing of the
 revisions work!).

 perhaps you would consider submitting a patch that limits the changes to:
 adding brackets where missing, adding inline docs, function renaming where
 helpful to clear up purpose and bug fixes. leave out anything that
 complicates or changes the code structure for now and submit a new ticket
 for these updates for further consideration.
