 like plugin material - if the use case is forums, perhaps a plugin for

 some use case is bbpress and buddypress or author page.
 but it's roles limitation that only able to add capabilities with true or
 false definition. it's pretty easy to make some capabilities with custom
 variables (not just true/false)
 we can add Image capabilities and define it with image uri or Title
 Definition  and define it with custom title.
