 Wordpress 3.6 rc1 the pagination control for users has disappeared in
 Network Admin  ("large site" mode)

 Worked in 3.5.3

 Cannot easily track down the point where the pagination is inserted
 because of how complex the code base has become but perhaps someone more
 familiar with 3.6 will know right away.

 I can jump to any page manually with  ?paged=123  on the url
