 'First off, hello and apologies if I've submitted my first bug incorrectly
 - I did the recommended reading and searching but couldn't find this
 reported yet. Do let me know how I can improve for the next time!'

 On /wp-admin/admin.php?import=wordpress - When importing a WXR file, once
 the file is submitted, the information prompt suggest assigning all posts
 to "admin". Since we no longer create this named account, perhaps this
 wording should be changed to eliminate any confusion?
