 I'd say 23449.6.diff is worth including.

 - Moving wp_enqueue_script( 'accordion' ); makes it's usage more
 universal.
 - The rounded corners are specific to the accordion inside #nav-menu-meta
 - The "#submitdiv", and "#poststuff" code should likely go in a separate
 ticket, as they only apply when you (optionally) turn the postbox's on the
 post edit page into an accordion.
