 Hrm. This approach is not working for jQuery plugins. I cannot make the
 call to jQuery.noConflict(true) before loading jQuery plugins, as they
 still reference (jQuery). So if I make the jQuery.noConflict call after
 including my desired jQuery plugins the question is will the jQuery
 plugins collide? I'll have to find a way to test that.
