 Updating the links in content doesn't seem feasible, due to scalability
 reasons. We don't do that in single site when changing `home` or
 `siteurl`, so I don't think we should do it in Multisite. Rewording is
 probably the only option here.

 as if other elements on your site will be updated regardless.

 FWIW, it doesn't sound that way for me.
