input. But, the mockup you presented has a number of shortcomings, the
largest of which I already mentioned (it being a drastically different
flow from what users are used to). Which no amount of reasoning can
remedy.
This is off-topic (but I will not pursue it further then this short
comment), but I think it is important. Is there a way/place/opportunity in
the WordPress development process to debate your position? I'm OK with you
asking me to back off ... really ... but is that the best thing for a
design effort?
