 As a heads up I just [http://make.wordpress.org/ui/2013/01/21/i-thought-
 id-run-one-more-user-through/ ran one more user through] to test the 2 tab
 concept.  I was looking to test an idea I had about visually highlighting
 the “Menus in your theme” meta box when a user clicks there from the
 “add/edit” screen success message.  It doesn't appear to have helped in
 that regard, but using the two tabs still seems to offer a fairly simple
 flow overall.
