 Hooking into the `screen_settings` filter to add options to the "Screen
 Options" tab on the widgets screen doesn't work because it's replaced by
 the accessibility link immediately afterward. Is there any reason this
 shouldn't behave like other screens to allow for customization?

 The attached patches are alternatives for including custom options before
 or after the accessibility link.
