 Has anyone put together an actual list of these plugins that are doing it
 wrong? Would be good to call these plugins out in case anyone can get w/
 these authors and help them migrate over.

 I'd also like to see pdo/mysqli/mysql be the order priority of usage.
 Backwards compatibility connection to mysql_ if it's available and pre PHP
 5.5.
