 Need to add a function to override theme_layout for certain pages in a
 theme. They could use the function in their functions.php to test for
 whatever page template they like and you could have a conditional for it
 where you set $current_layout in twentyeleven_layout_classes. This way,
 you could set individual page templates to different layouts. Also include
 3 default layout page templates so they can see how the function is used
 but you could make your own page templates to use it as well.
